These terms govern your use of the Lifetime Cloud website and any coaching services you engage from us. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, contact us before proceeding.
About our services
Lifetime Cloud provides one-on-one interview coaching for experienced professionals. Services include:
- Initial strategy consultations (including free 30-minute sessions)
- Individual and package coaching sessions delivered in person or remotely
- Mock interview and feedback sessions
- Narrative and preparation materials developed collaboratively during sessions
All sessions are conducted by Daniel Sutherland directly. Where an associate coach is involved, this will be communicated in advance.
Booking and payment
Session fees are communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing before the first paid session. Payment is due as agreed — typically prior to the session for individual bookings, or by arrangement for package engagements.
We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit cards. An invoice is provided for all payments.
Cancellation and rescheduling
We understand that plans change, particularly for senior professionals with demanding schedules. Our cancellation policy is:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full credit or refund, at your preference.
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% credit toward a future session.
- Less than 24 hours notice: The session fee is forfeited, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency — in which case contact us and we'll find a reasonable solution.
If Lifetime Cloud needs to reschedule, we'll provide at least 24 hours notice and offer a full credit or alternative time.
Results and outcomes
We work hard to help every client perform well in interviews. What we cannot do is guarantee outcomes — hiring decisions are made by third parties, involve factors outside our control, and depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Any reference to client success on this website reflects those individuals' specific situations and the combination of factors that contributed to their outcomes. Your situation is different, and your results will be too.
Confidentiality
Everything discussed in coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We don't share client information with third parties. Clients are similarly asked to treat session content as confidential — particularly any industry insights or preparation materials shared during coaching.
Intellectual property
Materials, frameworks, and preparation documents created by Lifetime Cloud remain our intellectual property. Clients are welcome to use these for their own interview preparation but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially.
Limitation of liability
Lifetime Cloud's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities or employment outcomes.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Website use
This website is provided for information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but make no warranties about completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience — we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
